At All The Rage, we’ve created the ultimate playground for letting loose! Step into our smash rooms and unleash your inner fury – smash plates, electronics, and more in a safe, exhilarating environment.
What is a Rage Room?
A rage room is basically an emotional “playground” for adults, where you can let loose and smash stuff to your heart’s content. Imagine walking into a room full of old TVs, plates, and glass bottles just waiting to be obliterated. You’re handed a bat, put on some protective gear (think goggles and gloves), and given free rein to take out all your frustrations by smashing, bashing, and breaking things to your heart’s content.
It’s like a grown-up version of a toddler tantrum, but way more satisfying! Whether you’re dealing with a stressful week or just need to blow off some steam, a rage room gives you the chance to release all that pent-up energy in a safe (and incredibly fun) way. You’ll leave feeling surprisingly refreshed and maybe even a little giddy after taking out that stress on a stack of plates.

Paint Escape
Get creative in your own private paint room! Splash paint on the walls, floors or even your friends. Take a calmer route and create a canvas masterpiece.
Book as a duo, or with a group of up to 6 people. It’s messy, colourful, and incredibly freeing – just good vibes and a willingness to get a little wild.

Frequently asked questions
Can I Bring my own stuff to smash?
Yes of course! Bring along anything from glassware, crockery, DVDs or even small electrical equipment. If you are unsure on if you’re allowed to bring it just drop us an email or phone and ask.
Can I take part if I am pregnant?
We’d love for everyone to join in the fun, but because of the high-energy nature of our rage room, we can’t allow pregnant women to take part.
The good news? You’re more than welcome to cheer on your friends or partner as they smash away! Plus, we have other awesome activities you can enjoy – just ask us, and we’ll help you find the perfect one!
Can I record my experience?
We encourage you to make TIKTOKS or reels of yourself in there. We also have CCTV of all the rooms so if you wanted a recording of the whole thing then this is available as an extra to your booking.
What should I wear?
Please make sure to wear appropriate closed toed shoes and socks. Heels, crocs, flip flops and similar shoes will not be allowed. We also recommend not wearing bubble shoes…
We provide you with overalls, gloves, and headgear so that you are protected at all times.
How Long is a session?
A standard session is 30 minutes in total – 10 minutes for safety briefing, sign waiver and get into your protective gear. 15 minutes of smashing time and then 5 minutes to decompress after your session.
Where can I park?
You may park either inside the estate or if there isn’t any space please park on the road side, safely. Please note we are not liable for where you park.
What’s the minimum age?
12 is the youngest we allow to participate. Anyone under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by someone over 18.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
We offer a limited accessible option. Please email or ring before you book so we can accommodate for you.
We also provide a wheelchair on-site to ensure yours remains undamaged.
How many people can participate?
We offer two rooms, with a third room coming soon. These rooms offer enough space for you to smash to your hearts content. We offer multiple bookings with an option of up to four people a session. See our booking page for more info.
Can’t make your booking?
Need to change your booking? No worries! Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to help. While we can’t refund any bookings or vouchers, we’re happy to reschedule for you!
